Returns and Refunds Policy
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days following receipt of the product, without the need for justification.
Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted, the products must be in their original condition, unused and in the original packaging. Please include receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Shipping
Shipping costs for returning the product will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we do not guarantee that we will receive the returned product.
Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method, within a period determined by the policies of your card issuer or payment method.
Exceptions
The following products are not eligible for return:
- Personalized or made-to-measure products.
- Sale or clearance items.
- Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health-related reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery.
Returns of Defective or Incorrect Products
If you have received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately to orders@talariaiberia.euwith the details of the product and the defect. We will arrange to collect the product and send you a replacement at no additional cost to you.
