REGISTRATION FOR TALARIA E-XPERIENCE DAY

By registering for the event, the participant agrees:

Participate in TALARIA EXPERIENCE DAY on November 23, 2024 held at LA CLAU 77 OFFROAD PARK (SANT LLORENÇ SAVALL) under your own responsibility and decline to carry out any type of claim for damages, or any criminal or civil action of contractual or extra-contractual liability that may take place now or once the activity has ended, against EUROMOTO IBERIA SL / EUROMOTO DISTRIBUTION FS SL / LA CLAU 77 OFFROAD PARK or against any of the people who provide their services in the celebration of said activity.

That, under his/her own responsibility, he/she declares that he/she is in possession of the mandatory legal permit that authorizes him/her to use the vehicle with which the activity is carried out.

That he/she has been instructed by those responsible for EUROMOTO IBERIA SL / EUROMOTO DISTRIBUTION FS SL/ LA CLAU 77 OFFROAD PARK on the use of the vehicle and duly informed of all the rules, including the safety rules and the lines of conduct that he/she must observe during the test, and undertakes to respect and comply with them strictly at all times.

ATTENTION: Motorsports can involve certain risks. Although the organisers take maximum safety measures, accidents can occur. Participants are responsible for themselves, their companions and any damage they may cause to the vehicle they are taking part in the event. Please always drive with caution and avoid negligent manoeuvres or any manoeuvres that may endanger yourself and other participants. Taking into account all of the above, you are present here at your own risk.
